In response to the circulating rumours about the suspension of the Ondo State APC Chairman, Engr. Ade Adetimehin, Hon. (Princess) Oluwatosin Ogunlowo Ajirotutu, representing Idanre Constituency, has urged party members to remain calm and united.
Hon. Ajirotutu dismissed the alleged suspension as a baseless fabrication by individuals seeking to sow discord within the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Idanre. She assured party members of the area’s unwavering commitment to democracy and the rule of law.
“The circulating suspension letter is doctored, and its creators are not executive members of Ofosu Ward. It is clearly the work of mischief-makers aiming to mislead party members in Idanre and Ondo State,” Ajirotutu stated.
She called on party faithful to disregard the rumours and focus on fostering unity within the party, emphasizing the importance of collaboration for the growth of the APC and the development of Idanre Local Government.
“Our recent election victory across all local governments in Ondo State demonstrated our strength as a united party. Let us continue to promote the interests of the APC and the people under the leadership of Gov. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, avoiding distractions from partisan politics,” she added.
