A tragic incident has occurred in Akure, the capital of Ondo State, where a woman and her child were reportedly crushed to death by a vehicle.
According to eyewitness accounts, the victims—believed to be a middle-aged woman and her child, whose identities are yet to be confirmed—were killed after a Toyota Sienna bus lost its brakes. The accident happened at Okeogba Junction, along Agagu Road, off Ondo Road in Akure.
The vehicle veered off the road and struck the two victims who were by the roadside at the time of the crash.
