FG Launches Youth Farmers Portal, Kicks Off Registration for NIYEEDEP Initiative

The Federal Government has launched the Youth Farmers Enrollment Portal under the National Initiative for Youth Employment in Agriculture Development (NIYEEDEP). This platform is now open for registration, offering Nigerian youth the opportunity to actively participate in transforming the countryā€™s agricultural sector.

How to Register

The registration process is user-friendly and accessible via the official portal at niyeedep.org.

1. Account Creation

Visit the portal and locate the registration section.

Enter a valid email address, create a unique username, and set a strong password (minimum 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols).

Submit your details to receive a verification email.

2. Email Verification

Check your inbox (or spam/junk folder) for a verification email.

Click the link provided to activate your account.

3. Profile Completion

Log in to the portal and fill in your personal information.

Youā€™ll need to provide a Lotus Bank account number.

If you donā€™t have one, visit ibank.lotusbank.com/account/bvn to open an account. Follow the instructions to obtain your account number.

4. Final Submission

Review all entries carefully before submitting your profile, as any errors could disqualify you. Note that once submitted, your profile cannot be edited.

5. Stay Updated

After registration, monitor your email for further instructions as the program progresses.
