The officers claimed the situation has affected morale within the corps, noting that they continue to confront criminals and protect lives without clear job security or official recognition.
Security analysts warn that unresolved welfare issues within state-backed security outfits could weaken internal security operations if left unaddressed.
Efforts to get a response from the Ondo State Government and Amotekun leadership were unsuccessful at the time of filing this report.
