Boluwaji was accused of unlawfully entering farmland at Omilosu via Bolorunduro, Ondo East LGA, on November 25, 2024, and destroying plantain, cocoa, kolanut, and palm trees belonging to Reverend David Akinadewo Adekahunsi.
He faced three counts, including conspiracy, malicious damage, and breach of peace, under the Ondo State Criminal Code.

Magistrate Damilola Sekoni granted bail in the sum of N1 million with two sureties and ordered the case transferred to the Bolorunduro Magistrate Court for continuation on September 15, 2025
