The Ondo State Government has suspended the operations of motorcyclists, known as Okada riders, following the tragic assassination of renowned businessman Ismaila Awoyinka in Ore, Odigbo Local Government Area, last weekend.
Awoyinka, a well-known building materials dealer, was shot and killed by unknown assailants at his residence, located opposite Caring Heart Mega School in the Idi Mango area of Ore, on Saturday evening.
Sources within the community revealed that the attack occurred shortly after Awoyinka had returned from the mosque following the Ramadan prayer.
