Binta Fashion is a Nigerian heritage ready-to-wear fashion brand founded in Warsaw, Poland, on May 25, 2025. Operating under the slogan “Wear Your Heritage Everywhere,” the brand creates contemporary clothing and accessories using authentic African textiles such as adire, ankara, and aso-oke. While based in Poland, all BINTA products are proudly made in Nigeria by skilled artisans and family designers, promoting African craftsmanship and cultural heritage on a global stage.
Within its first year, BINTA Fashion expanded its reach across Europe and Africa, participating in fashion runways, cultural exhibitions, and academic events while serving customers in multiple countries.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Olorunfemi Joshua Akuruyejo is the Founder and Creative Director of BINTA Fashion. He established the brand to showcase African heritage through modern fashion and create a global platform for African textiles. Inspired by his mother, Eunice Akuruyejo, a talented fashion designer, he has built BINTA Fashion into a growing international brand dedicated to preserving African culture, supporting local artisans, and promoting African excellence worldwide.
