At a time when the people of Ondo North are looking toward the future and asking what meaningful representation should look like, Prince Nekan Olateru-Olagbegi is stepping forward with a message centred on service, accessibility and purposeful leadership.
His aspiration to represent Ondo North Senatorial District in the Senate in 2027 is founded on a simple conviction: political representation must be measured by its connection to the people and its ability to advance their interests.
A Senate seat is not merely a position of prestige. It is a mandate.
And a mandate is a responsibility.
For Prince Olateru-Olagbegi, the people of Ondo North must remain at the centre of that responsibility.
The senatorial district comprises Owo, Ose, Akoko North-West, Akoko North-East, Akoko South-West and Akoko South-East—a diverse collection of communities populated by farmers, traders, artisans, professionals, entrepreneurs, women, students and young people.
Each community has its own challenges. Each has its own aspirations. But together, they constitute one constituency deserving of a strong, accessible and responsive voice at the National Assembly.

For Ondo North, issues such as agriculture, education, healthcare, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, infrastructure and economic development require sustained attention.
